POE2 - Unable to migrate from HC TO Standard

I initiated a migration from HC to Standard and was at queue 0 for 30 minutes, nothing seemed to happened. I cancelled. After that, I could no longer initiate a migration anymore.

I created a new HC char to see if my content was gone, it was not. However I had some new stashtabs with (Remove-Only) that contained some items on my new HC-character.

I logged back out, hoping I could initiate a new migration, but I could not, because I no longer was in a league according to the message.

Is there any way to receive manual assistance in migrating my HC progress and stashes to Standard please?

Ive sent an email to support as well, since I didnt know which way to reach out was the right one.

If your character is in normal HC, then you cannot migrate it to Standard. The only migrations available are from HCSSF to HC, or from SSF to Standard.

You can permanently migrate a HC character only - minus stash etc - to Standard by dying.
