"Failed to connect to instance"

I'm getting the "Failed to connect to instance" error when trying to enter juiced up maps. The error keeps happening after reconnecting to the game and trying to enter the portals to get into the map. The only way to unbrick the map device is to use a new waystone, but you effectively lose all mods on that map.
I just got the error on a citadel node, tried everything to salvage the instance but I got disconnected every time I clicked the portal...it takes forever to get to a citadel just to lose it to a bug, I'm done mapping till this is fixed, come on GGG i want my citadel back lol T.T
