Zarokh, the Sekhema boss 1 shotting player bug

Seems to me that he spawned 4 projectiles before activating this phase and 3 of them exploded and one stayed up likely due to a bug. I then ran into it while moving toward the time thingo in the middle that starts the phase where you run into the objects to not get tapped on the head and killed by him however he just instantly tapped me on the head. After watching this back a few times I'm fairly sure it happened because I took damage in a phase where you aren't supposed to take damage since the objects for the minigame did spawn however they immediately disappeared.
