Missing 300 Points from Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack

I recently purchased the "Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack," which includes early access to Path of Exile 2 and 300 points. While I have access to the game, I have not received the 300 points as stated in the pack's description.

Is it possible that you redeemed an early access key rather than purchasing the Early Access Pack? A redeemed access key only grants access and does not come with any points. I hope this helps to clarify things for you!
