Need Advice Regarding Leveling

Getting through the first 90 levels was kind of a breeze, but it's gotten exponentially harder recently, especially since now that I'm engaging with endgame bosses I find myself dying a lot and I've kind of been stuck on 92 for a while.

I noticed recently that public figures have circumvented this issue by paying others to level for them during their downtime (aka boost). I was curious how viable this would be. I recall Terms of Service mentioning this is not allowed, but it doesn't seem to be the case anymore, has it changed or are there certain clauses that would allow this? I don't want to get banned, so I'm hoping to get some clarity on the issue before proceeding further. I'm not really the richest person in the world, but if there's a revenue or net worth cutoff I would be happy to provide bank statements and paystubs to see if I qualify.

Hopeful to get a response on this soon as it would be a total game changer!
