Loot filter not working on console

I can't seem to get the loot filters to apply to my account. I've watched multiple tutorial videos and have made sure my account is linked with Microsoft. Trade and Currency Exchange work and on the website my chosen filters show followed but in-game they do not show up in the options. Any help would be greatly appreciated, amazing game you guys have made my eyes just hurt lol
