Account Locked due to Joking in Chat

I typed dumb stuff that I was streaming on cam site as a joke in response to another chat. I got muted and a few seconds later, kicked out and got locked.

What is the reason of locking the account itself for such thing when there are many bots linking their RMT sites since launch. Some even goes to a length of whispering people to their RMT site.

Not only I can't access both PoE 1 and 2, with the support issue going on, I don't think, I will get response anytime soon for this.

Despite I include every info in the email, from what I can gather from others having issue, support is gonna ask for my account details again without reading what is in the ticket and gonna take several days again.

If such system is flawed and can be false positive, such system moderation system should not go to the length of locking the account of your paid customer. Especially when you don't have a proper resource to follow up the issue.
