Hi there, could you please confirm you're logged in to the correct account? If you typically play via Steam, when logging in to our website, you should do so using your Steam credentials. This can be done by using the Steam button when signing in. As such, if you're logging in to the game client and your account is a Steam-only account, please ensure you're using the Steam client.
