How about you ACTUALLY escalate things for the thousands of people who still can't even play your game? What's it been, two fucking months now? What a joke.

As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard, and apologise for any inconveniences caused by these delays.
