Early access REVOKED after 473 hours INGAME

The thing is, the 3rd party, because its reputable, already offered me a full refund within an hour.

About the 300points, that's not the point.

I didn't get them, so i paid ggg cash, then i got them. I didn't care about cosmetics and already had access so didn't upgrade into another pack. Just bought pure points.

The point is keeping the money and revoking access although you did get money from a customer(and more money than the EA support pack costs). it is a bad practice.

To make it plain so children can understand, you revoke access from someone who bought over 300points. With this amount of points you are basically a supporter. The 1st pack cost less that what i had given ggg. Yet i get, and a LOT of people like me, revoked. And asking us to pay even more, if we want access.

I don't want to be salty, bad practice is bad practice.
