support@grindinggear.com No Response

I'm trying to get help from the support team for Path of Exile 2 by sending an email because my account was blocked for no reason 3 days after I bought the game I was blocked and today it's been 1 month and 4 days I've tried to contact them and I haven't had any no response so we can resolve this issue. Can any GM please help me?

Don't expect any help anytime soon, I'm at 52 days so far trying to get them to unlink steam or change an email.
