Please help

I entered the twisted domain, at first my game crashed. I logged back in and entered the twisted domain again and i continued to do the breach. After 10 seconds i died out of nowhere and in the chat it said CoZeRy commited to suicide. I have lost my breachstone and my hours to get all those breachstones. How can such thing can be possible? Im just desperate.

POV: Mage player, went for infernalist. Pretty good, just managed to ascend (again?). Feeling good I should reward myself with the first breach boss fight I farmed so much for.

Go in, flap around for 10 seconds, die.

MFW: I read the third line of the Pyromantic Pact (ascendancy point) I just picked after I ascended.
