Been asking support@grindinggear.com for help with tracking physical items but no response

I have been trying to get support for tracking of my physical items that I should have received with the Liberator of Wraeclast pack. However, after trying to email support, I have not gotten anywhere. Can anyone at GGG look at this for me?

Hope you get your stuff soon! Are you in NA by chance? The package for me just showed up a little bit under a month.
