PoE2 Not recognizing my account
Played this morning just fine and then this afternoon I tried to log in and the prompt said I don't own the game...
In addition I didn't receive the 300 points from the supporter pack Last bumped on Jan 20, 2025, 9:52:08 PM

Hi there, if you have purchased an Early Access Key directly from us, Xbox or PlayStation could you please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you? If you could include your Path of Exile account name and discriminator in your email and the transaction ID of the purchase, that would be great.
If you received/purchased access via a third party, then the key's status may have been revoked. We can't speculate on the reasons for this and you will need to discuss this with the person that you received/purchased the key from.
