60 days still waiting for mtx transfer from xbox to pc

Been waiting since Nov 21st 2024 starting to feel like something has to be wrong with the queue. I sent a email 2 weeks before path of exile 2 launch.

Nov 21st sent email about transfer
Nov 21st got a reply about transfer
Nov 21st sent a reply to go ahead with the transfer

Nov 25th sent a different email different subject about lifetime purchase key question (never answered)

Nov 29th got this generic reply to my original email not the 25th email

So yeah this is were im at even if 2nd email put me back in queue (also this was first time hearing about getting put back in queue but i never sent a follow up i sent a totally different email about something else it was never answered and wasn't even about the transfer so dont know why it would have put me back also i would still be at 52+ days if it did.
