Missing early access keys !!!!
Today I got a message that I don't have an early access key, where I have spent over 100 hours in the game so far.
And now I have no access to the game. Any post on the forums ends with a statement to write to support, but as we all know that's like telling us to f... your self, because your support doesn't exist. People wait after a month for a reply. Do you only have 3 people there? In my opinion, these disappearing keys are the aftermath of a hacker who got into the admin accounts and is now doing what he wants with our accounts. And now you are trying to tell the fairy tale that the disappearing keys are the fault of a ‘faulty key’. You should start by checking yourselves and not by writing to people that their key ‘has been revoked’. I remember when I played the first game there were no such problems. Please note that if you received/purchased access via a third party, then the key's status may have been revoked. We can't speculate on the reasons for this and you will need to discuss this with the person that you received/purchased the key from.
