GGG and the inevitable permanent ban
After weeks of trying to delete my account, change to an inactive email, unlink my steam account, etc I realize GGG will not ever handle this in a reasonable amount of time nor with any degree of decency. The apology this week is of little consolation and making the change to having everything handled by them only for them to be literally unable to handle account changes is beyond appalling. Under Canadian law I’ve a right to demand expedient deletion of personal information, such as an account for this game. Yet this is not possible evidently and all correspondence, what little there has been, has been giving me such a runaround I feel it’s a concentrated effort to just make me give up. If anyone at GGG sees this, a new customer is lost. Good luck everyone. Great game but such horrendous support I cannot in good conscience recommend it at all.
