unexpected disconnect since two days ago

Hey,

For the past two days I've been experiencing unexpected disconnections once every few minutes.
It happens less often while I'm in a map but still happens.
I am using Windows 10 64bit version, with a hard-wired internet connection.

There is definitely an issue with my connection, because the in-game graphs look bizarre. But I did restart my router, and even tried using a different router, and also tried switching between the different servers and it doesn't work.
Everything was working perfectly up until two days ago, but I do not remember installing anything, so I have no idea why it keeps happening.
