Unlink account

Good afternoon...
I know you have a lot of requests for contact via email... But I would like to play the game, since 12/12 I have been sending an email asking to unlink my PC account with the PS account so I can play with my girlfriend, I bought it the game on each of the devices and I can't play your game because no one unlinks my account.
