Breach Loot on Lower Tiers

Is it just a waste of time to do breaches on low tiers? I've done around 10 of them on T3-T4 and got nothing from them, no exalts, no catalysts, no rings, no splinters.

I know I couldn't expect the same as what people are getting on higher tiers, but I didn't think that would mean getting literally nothing.

Why would an interesting mechanic even exist in low tiers if we can't get anything from it? Have I just been unlucky or do I have to grind all the way to T10-T15 before breach will produce anything?

For the record I have over 150 MF equipped and have been running these with + rarity and quantity from waystones and tablets. I'm a new player, I'm not rushing to high tiers, just trying to play through the endgame quests and engage with all the mechanics on the way.

Doesn't seem right to me that I haven't found even a single catalyst after doing all of these...

Low map tiers exist just to cap your level if you die.

If you can do a T8, do it, do not hesitate, and dont look over the mission map atlas, that doesnt matter.

Obviously drop are not existant in that low tiers, when you are in T14-15 my filter even dont show me catalyst for example.
Exalted Orbs even drop in Act 1. They are also dropping in T3 breaches. What you see in videos with the extreme drops, that's mostly due to the atlas passives. If you are currently running t3/t4 maps, I assume that you do not yet have these six atlas passives?

Rings are pretty rare anyway.

You can't compare a single breach without atlas passives points to a fully juiced breach that also kills 100% of the enemies. I don't know how much of the breach you can clear with the current state of your character and how many glasped hands you can open. But the more, the better.

This is some bad advice. It will just get players killed and then we will see even more whining threads how the game is so mean with the XP loss.

Edit:
I may have interpreted the quoted post too harshly and reacted too harshly. If a player is able to safely run t8, of course they can do so. My first interpretation was that t3/t4 currently feels comfortable and another player is trying to bait someone into t8 when that character is not yet ready for it. That is what my answer was aiming at.

Yeah, at some point you have to prove yourself, obviously you can die, but in the level that probably are the OP with half a map you can get the exp that you lost.

The idea is more like dont let the game play at the level they told you, maybe you can try tiers above and you didnt even know.
