Can't have my steam account unlinked from the poe account.

I found out I bought poe2 for my another steam account and now I need to unlink my old steam account from the poe account. But email support just doesn't respond on my mail at all.

Few days passed and still no responce, even automatic one about my request being registered by support...
That's not good. I bought maximum poe pack and now can't play. |

Don't expect anything to happen soon, I've been waiting 52 days for unlink from steam.
