bug in endgame mission or did I miss something?

Hello everyone, I created a new character and reached the endgame, but there is a mission that I can't complete, "Legacy of the Vaal - Talk to Doryani" there is simply no option, when I click on it to talk there is nothing other than the basic interactions, another question about the maps, don't I need to do 10 maps T1 to T15 again when I arrive with a second character? Is the Doryani issue a bug? Should I contact support or did I miss something?

The remaining Acts have not be implemented yet.
