Crashing bug

Hello,

Every 15-20 maps when loading into a new zone my PC hard freezes and I have to manually restart my PC by pressing & holding on the power button on my PC case.
I have tried both DX12 and Vulkan and both crash consistently (though DX12 has 30% better FPS than Vulkan on my system).

PC Specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
32GB DDR4 RAM
