Trade accepted, but I did not get the item, help !

Dear support team,

I just finished a trade with player https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/%EA%B9%80%EC%9A%B0%EA%B2%B8%233981

I traded 50 Exhalted Orbs for a weapon. When accepting the trade the chat log said "trade accepted" and I lost the 50 Orbs, but I didnt receive the weapon. I noticed after the trade that my inventory was full. So where did the weapon go? I cannot find it in my stash or my inventory.... please help !

I just noticed this is PoE1 Support Forum.... its related to PoE2.
