level 78 and not one bow has dropped as an upgrade for my ranger

hell i was level 8 before i saw even a white bow drop. but i could have filled dozens of stash tabs with shields, scepters, wands, maces, etc.

If I go by what u wrote I'd assume u're wearing the same bow since lvl 8. Surely that's not the case, so u've bought upgrades and that's why u never found an upgrade. Buying is easier and faster than finding urself.

What changed now? Are upgrades getting too expensive for u to care about drops?

if it wasnt for trading i would still wear a 100 phys bow at 87 well probably wouldnt be 87 without the new bow because cant run higher maps.

the rng is just so bad. there are bows out there with 240% phys increase and +phys dmg and i only see like 80% max.

even now running t15s, i find absolutely no useful gear at all. i am a mega glass canon because i cannot get res and life together, one or the other.
i was lucky to find 2 greater jewlers that i was able to swap for divines and buy a bow and a armor so i can run t15s.without trading i would stuck at t3 forever lol

Im sure you have had some Exalts drop by level 78, and maybe even a Divine or 2.

yes, i have had enough currency to buy nearly all of my equipment.

i just miss the thrill of finding my own stuff. selecting items from a trade web site just sucks the fun right out of a core game loop.

Use your exalts to craft a bow. Granted, I'm level 77 and still haven't succeeded in besting the bow I bought at level 67 for 1 Ex. But every other item I have was found or made by me. One day I might finally hit mods I want on a Expert Shortbow (or better - don't see better yet).

I have had so many bows drop I dont know what to do with them all. Sometimes I have three bows drop from a single boss fight. I can tell they have tweaked the loot drop towards the market and multiple chars. They want you to either farm items with multiple chars or trade. Its getting painfully obvious. I can sometimes go for days without seeing a single weapon for my class drop while counting dozens for every other one. If something drops for my class, then it is white or blue with horrid stats every single time. That odd rare I have come across is 90% light radius and reduced requirements. Its not random when its 90% of every one you ever see

its not about how many bows drop...

you need a bow that has 3 things on it:
at least 150% increased phys dmg, better above 220% this is in fact only possible if you gwt 2 modifiers combined at highest tiers
additional phys dmg
more arrows

so getting even a phys modifier above 150% i have never seen so far on the at least 100 bows i crafted, let alone having all of those mods together lol
bows like that go for hundreds of divines

Use Trade....... that's all

Grind Exalted, Divines and buy from trade...

you can get Divines even from low tier Maps with good Mods.

the store doesn't always have white gear, or even good magic you can build on, and there are no scourings dropping, if they exist (can't recall)
