Question - How to upgrade a strongbox, on console ?

Hi,

As the title says. I have seen it done on PC, but cannot figure out how to do it on console. I tried holding the A button, but only my inventory popup and I cannot use my item to augment the strongbox with it.

Anyone knows how?
