Trial of Chaos 4th Accendency issue

I just beat the trial master for my 4th choice of points for my accendency. (Yes I was using a level 76 area inscribed ultimatum and if said I would have been given the points. I did the trial opened the door beat the trial master and picked up all my loot. I jumped through the portal for "trial of chaos" thinking it would put mecback in the rewards room so I can aquire Mt points. Instead I'm outside the trial of Chaos doors which are shut and it's expecting me to run it again. I don't have my points to allocate in my tree.

Any ideas what's happened?
