Warrior is a joke

When will the armor be repaired? It makes no sense to play a warrior who is weaker than other characters.

The simplest answer is before launch. A good guess is not the next big patch (they'll try but it still wont be right), but the one after that. I've dabbled in game development, and can tell you giving us a direct answer would be the wrong thing to do. We'd expect it to be exactly as said and stuff happens, and players overreact. Half of them (players) still don't understand what Early Access is, or that this game is in EA, and expect a fully completed game already.

But this is a big problem. If the armor is useless, repair priority must be the highest.
I would like to see how they tested the game before EA release. I perfectum fine with bugs, imabalance etc. But dispropotion between warrior and other classes is off charts!

They said in their last Interview that they need to do a bigger rework of Armour. That probably takes alot of time and ressources they just can't afford right now. Their highest priority is developing the unfinished part of the game.

I wouldn't count on the armour rework for some time. Hell even in PoE1 armour was extremely weak for years before they doubled the effectiveness and gave us additional options to boost pdr.

/edit: Btw. just equip Cloak of Flame and u'll have a good "armour" Warrior.

not really they still have to bring alot of content and that is their priority.
There's a lot of issues the game has. Occasional crashes, disconnects, clunky controls.
Skills and mechanics not quite working as advertised.
Bots. 40% of the campaign missing, and the endgame being a bit of a rushjob.
Armour currently being too weak past normal campaign seems to be on the level of "most uniques are still missing" in urgency.
I'm sure they'll make an attempt or two until summer.
Zaanus:
Global chat: Mechanics for A work one way, B for another, C for a third but also with A, B uses C but not A, and D uses A&B but not C

Isn't a "no" better than an ignore?

ah yes because changing 12 to 5 instead of 12 to 10 like they did would be SOOO hard and time consuming ... oh right they would also have to cut all NPC armor by +- 60% to compensate so it would take a bit more than 5 minutes to do ... maybe 10 -ish to write a script to change the database values ? ...
