Game suddenly freezes and stutter

Hello..I had some strange issues just recently started..Game just started to stutter and freeze during the game session..it doesn't freeze my computer just the in game..
I press escape and exit game ordinary.so there is no problem there so i need to restart my PC..but in in game is just unplayable..
It started suddenly..I have played game normally before..
I have reinstalled game,no help,updated drivers via SDIO..so all is up to date,also not helped..
Turned of dynamic res in game.nothing..the same problem..
Is it something with the sever..I play on Frankfurt region.

My rigg is AMD Ryzen 5600x ,Ram 16 gb,Rtx 4070Ti super,B550 Mobo,Psu 750watt gold pro

Seems to be happening today with high latency servers lagging causing the issue, also seems very sluggish and throttle down, probably they are messing around servers and checking metrics.
I experienced it occasionally already, but today is really bad!
So nothing we can do! Not on client side it seems all server side!
