I can see the loot but can’t pick it up, console

I have tried everything, changed buttons for the pick for the interact key-bind, went back to my hideout and in again, switch to no loot filter/switched loot filter, a vaal orb just dropped, I could see it for a mile second and then it went away, can see it with my loot filter but can’t pick it up, and when I switch of the loot filter it’s nothing there
anyone else having the same issue?
Plz fix
