Support makes no sense
I get it, that you guys have alot of support tickets open and can't handle that many tickets at once
BUT Why do people get sent to the start of the "queue" after they respond to your questions and followup mails. I got 3 responses since December 9th and at the 3rd mail they restarted the whole process so i have to answer the same things as in my mail 2 and 3. Why dont you priorize people that aleardy got an answer. It doesnt make sense to have tenthousands unsolved tickets because everyone gets a response every 2-3 weeks..
