Problem accessing POE even though I purchased the game key
Hello, I am posting on the forum following a problem, I bought the game key a month ago and I was able to play up to level 16. The problem is that now when I try to enter the game I get a message telling me that I do not have the key to play POE even though I have the invoice and the code for the key that I used in the past.
Please help me so that I can play POE again. Thanks Last bumped on Jan 21, 2025, 5:15:39 AM

I'm sorry to say that you will not receive any assistance on this issue from this company.
I have had the same issue from launch, along with many others and unfortunately I caved in and had to buy a second copy to play from their stand alone client. As of last night, the stand alone client no longer accepts my password and after a reset, will not send an unlock key to my email, so the game is over for me again. No amount of emails to their support desk will be answered and Steam has washed their hands of all responsibility for this issue too. Last edited by Biscrits#1187 on Jan 21, 2025, 4:23:12 AM

Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with this issue over the forums. Please contact us at support@grindinggear.com if you haven't already so we can look into this with you. Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. |
