100% Consistent crash when viewing damage info of abilities you can no longer cast

Discovered this when trying to compare DPS differences between equipment. Game instantly crashes the moment you attempt to view the DPS info page on a Skill Gem you no longer have the attribute requirement to cast, while already having the DPS Info page open.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Skill Gem Panel
2. On any skill gem with more than one damage info panel tab, open that damage info panel.
3. Unequip any gear that is giving you the attribute requirements to equip / have access to that skill gem
4. Select the other panel in the damage info page.
5. Crash

Two ways to fix:
- Force close the damage info panel when that skill gem can no longer be cast.
- Obviously put in the on fail to find reference/complete code fallback in the damage panel script GGG...
