Jarngreipr glove with Giant's Blood passive and Chober Chaber weapon

I have 207 strength, which I believe should satisfy the Chober Chaber melee weapon intelligence requirement of 100 (doubled to 200) because of the glove's mod: Strength can satisfy the attribute requirements of melee weapons and melee skills.

Doubled? Giant's Blood doesn't double requirements, it triples them.
