Cannot see/pick up loot on ground (path of exile 2)

It doesn’t matter if I have a loot filter or if I don’t, I cannot see loot on the ground, so that means I can’t pick it up. I can see the physical loot shining on the ground, but there is no name/color/icon to pick it up. I’m on Xbox and this happened randomly mid game. I was able to see loot in the same area and then a few seconds later, I couldn’t see anything
