Do people actually use Delirium Tablets?

Hello Exiles, I've came here because I have this honest question as I'm sitting at 30+ delirium tablets on my stash tabs and I really can't see a use for them.

I don't have too much knowledge about the game as I didn't play PoE 1 after I finished the campaign years ago. But I do farm around 20-30 divines per day by playing (no gambling) and my strategy mainly revolves around Breach Tablets and a few Ritual Tablets on towers, ocasionally some boss tablets, very ocasionally. With high quantity, MF and blablabla.

I really enjoy Delirium and to be honest I'm kinda accustomed to the whiteness on the maps as 99% of the maps I run are instilled. My Delirium Atlas tree is 6/8 and I get around 40 simulacrum splinters per map. I've done a few maps uninstilled with deliriums on it, and although they looked cool I don't feel it's worth dropping Breach or Ritual Tablets to use Delirium Tablets.
I mean, I can get splinters, more rares, more xp and more drops by just running instilled maps, but if I go to a map with Delirium using an instilled waystone I lose the regular Delirium mechanic there, and running the Delirium maps with uninstilled waystones just don't feel more rewarding than running non-Delirium instilled waystones.

What are your take on this, guys? Do you actually use Delirium Tablets or just ignore them?
