Instance Crashes After Hotfix

Not sure of the specific reason but me and my group have had multiple maps crash, lost the instance, node, map ect. these maps have all been 100%+ quant.
we did not have this issue yesterday. only since the hotfix went live.

Bumping this with a similar experience. Multiple maps crashes, inventory completely wiped. Feels REAL fuckin' bad.

The crashes are seriously bad on maps. Probably the same NVIDIA problem that existed before, just 10x worse.
Why is it so so unstable once we hit endgame? I crashed twice while leveling the entire campaign (1-3 normal, 1-3 cruel), but as soon as I hit maps, constant crashes. As in, so many crashes that I can't complete a single map before I'm either out of portals, or all the portals disappear.
Not a hardware deficiency issue, brand spanking new high end gaming PC purchased 6 months ago. Something about NVIDIA according to the question and answer session that was recently done.

I'd like to add that I've also experienced instance crashes during mapping. Twice on the Savannah map, once on Sulfuric Caverns.

I believe not only is it an instance crash as far as I know, it's a rollback (I think). I say this because not only are my portals gone, my inventory is empty when it should have had loot from the map.
