Unexpected Disconnects

Hello,

I've been experiencing disconnects on the "Blooming Field" map where I've attempted it 3 different times with 3 different maps(T15). After relogging back in, all attempts were not saved and the items were missing from inventory that were obtained during those map instances. Although I opened a portal to go back to town and was able to vendor some items, I was some how able to save those items but once I re-entered the instance, I got disconnected I lost all progress.

I have seen other threads with the same topic but I'd like to share my experience.
