game crashes and DCs me to main log in screen. lose all progress

game completely freezes randomly in the middle of a map and i lose all progress and items that dropped during the map. unfortunately all 3 times this have happened have been completely random. first map was a breach then the other two just random stuff with no breach. very frustrating seeing as i just lost over 100 sim splinters in the most recent map with a 104% deliriousness map.not to mention when i relog the map is also gone AND i have to redo an empty map to continue my path.

This just started happening to me tonight too. There was a Windows patch last night, I don't know if this has anything to do with it? I have to use the Vulkan renderer because DX12 hasn't worked since the last Windows patch.
