Crashed out of map, no loot from map that was picked up in inventory and no portals

Augury Map near a tower, tier 2 waystone. Was castin level 14+1 despair curse with persistence, heightened curse, focused curse, and hexbloom on a rare enemy and my game crashed me to main menu. Loaded back in, all loot I had already picked up from the map was gone, my waystone is gone, all portals are gone, and the map is labeled as attempted but not failed. Its almost like I was rolled back without my Waystone. Has this happened to anyone else?

Happened to me on POE2 as well.

I had an unusual Crash this evening. I received a message that simply said you have been unexpectedly disconnected. I was in the middle of a map run. I logged bad on immediately. Only to find my portals all closed and my inventory empty. this Happend at aproximately 17:30 EST. please feel free to reach out if there is anything I can do to help you solve this issue.

The same thing happened to me with 2 tier 13 waystones. I'm in the Sao Paolo server btw. Hope this can get fixed soon... losing high-tier waystones hurts man.

had the same thing happen to me just now. three times. using tier 14 waystones.
every time i use my bell on a rare it crashes and sends me back to the main menu. no loot in my inventory that i picked up. waystone used.

Same thing just happened to me, was a about half way through map. Chrashed loaded back in portals gone, inventory empty and the map point say attempted. Very frustrating that it also wipes the inventory
