Cant get 3rd set of ascendancy points

I am level 75. Have lvl 60+ trial stone. The djinn Barya ones. I have competed it 2 times with the Trial Will Grant Additional Ascendancy skill points. I complete the 3 trials and I get nothing.
I am doing this on act 2 regular run through because my act 2 second time through wont let me get to it. I am stuck on search traitors path. I have completed it, including the boss several times and the quest wont update.
Any help on this would be great!
