Equipped Weapon disappeared (ps5)

-I was moving things from stash to Inventory to link in trade
-I opened chat to link items while also pressing link/equip button
-my equipped main weapon didn't drop or go to inventory nor even stash just disappears, while the weapon i wanted to link gets equipped
