POE2 Supporter Packs didn't arrive

Hi,

First, I bought 15$ (I live in MENA region especially in Turkey) supporter pack for poe2, after playing a while i decided to buy other supporter packs in steam, (Lord of Ogham and King of the Faridun), but they didn't arrive in the game. I have not received any skins or points. It's been almost a month. Also emailed to support but no one replied.

What can i do ?
