Acolyte's Penance armour in POE2

Hello, I really like the Acolyte Penance armour, but it is currently only available in POE1 and the devs have said that some MTX will not make it into POE2. I would like to buy it, but I have to know if it will be in POE2 in order to do so, thank you.
