Titan Inventory Expansion BUG!!! Which cuase me lose 80d!!!

“TItan Inventory Expansion” This ability has a serious bug. When I sold my Dream Fragments Sapphire Ring, due to lack of space in my backpack (counting the extra inventory only 12 tiles left), the other party traded me 200d (20 tiles), which should not have been successful! I searched the entire warehouse and couldn't find the rest of the 80d.
Later, my friends and I did a similar test with 80e, Titan Inventory Expansion only 3 grids, still successfully traded, the result of the remaining 20e disappeared, searched the entire warehouse is not found.
I want to know if anyone else is in the same situation as me, and if the studio will compensate me for my loss.
