POE2 Campaign Breaking Bug: Ascent to Power: Traitors Passage

This Quest will not complete for me and because of this Act 3 will not Complete keeping my character from entering end game.

Please HELP! This is my second Character and it is rather discouraging to not be able to play the proper after grind through the campaigns again.
