Artillery Ballista skill white dmg

I've noticed that the damage numbers for my Artillery Ballista skill are showing up in white, while other players' builds display the damage in blue. I'm wondering if there is a specific reason for this difference? Is it related to my build, gear, or some settings? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
