Kicked by a Trial CM

A friend of mine and I were doing a CM Trial of act 2, we almost reached the first boss, interacting with the altar to open one of the paths I was kicked from the room losing the possibility of continuing the Trial. We lost Dijin Barya lv63 and the current run which was going very well. We want Dijin Barya lv63 back which was taken away from us not for failing the Trial but because it was buggy. Furthermore, the Trial is difficult and being kicked for a bug is a really bad thing, especially because I couldn't get back in and I saw all the buggy maps with altered graphics. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
