Lag / Latency Issues PoE1

A few people experience crazy Latency Issues which are 99% server sided (GGG) problems.

Most of the time my Ping is normal (10ms) but in a few maps (always depends on which server/shard the game decides to throw you in) i get crazy lag spikes which make the game literally unplayable. Latency is going up and Down from 20ms to 500ms - in this state the game is still playable but also really bad....
However, after a few minutes the Latency goes Linear into infinity (i think my record is like 30.000 Latency) and mostly never recovers until you shut the game down.

Happens with Trading/Diffrent Hideouts aswell.

It fixes itself after like 30 minutes of not being in the game, or i just get lucky with the Shards/Servers. Also if i am in my Hideout/Cities i have no issues.
Nevertheless it's a recurring problem since 1 1/2 Weeks now.

Same Problem since today. I tried some different things but nothing works. Hope it gets fixed soon, because it makes the game nearly unplayable wenn every 2 to 3 Endgamemaps the map an extreme huge MS has.

I think the problem could be high tier maps with many modefiers. But I dont realy know.
