Im getting kicked of the game for no reason. (video proof)

For context, I'm using an item filter I downloaded from the community called Cyberion_STRICT_v16d. My friends are using it as well, and nothing is happening to them, so I don't think that's causing the issue.

I don’t have a gaming mouse (mine only has two buttons and a scroll wheel), but I’m really used to it. The scroll wheel is broken, so I have a second really crappy mouse plugged in just to scroll out. Sometimes my main mouse randomly scrolls in, and I can’t scroll out using only the keyboard in this game so I use that second mouse only for the scrolling.

I thought this setup might be causing the issue, but I played through the entire game with both connected, and nothing like this ever happened before. It only started after I began using my improved "2 Barrier" build, which I’m finishing up now.

Do you think having the second mouse connected could be causing this issue after all this time? Is this a bug from the latest patch? Is it picking wrong on my build? Is this a lag issue? I’m not sure how to troubleshoot this or if there’s even anything to troubleshoot at all.
